Combined Casco insurance with share of damages

All car rental vehicles are insured against motor liability (compulsory insurance) and all have a comprehensive insurance with participation in damage if the damage was caused by the lessee or NN person. The participation in the damage is calculated on the basis of absolute participation and relative participation of the lessee in the damage.

APSOLUTE LIABILITY

Absolute liability which is paid by the renter is amortized as a signed rental agreement.
This is the amount of the deposit. In the case of damage it is necessary to call the shelves.

RELATIVE LIABILITY

Amounts 10% of the estimated damage to the vehicle from an insurance company. Discount rent a
car have the right to increase the percentage of the relative liability of the client the damage
occurred to speeding and violating traffic laws, driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs etc.
Car keys, gps, license and plates are not covered by the insurance.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A COURT OR DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE (CDW)

Damage to the vehicle is the responsibility of the lessee, whether it was caused by his or her fault or the fault of the LV (in case the vehicle was damaged by an unknown person).

Car rental is insured by:

a) self-responsibility
b) combined comprehensive insurance (with relative or absolute participation)

The absolute share is the one paid by the tenant in the amount of the deposit indicated on the rental agreement (200-500 eur), which is relatively 10% of the estimated damage to the vehicle by an official service or insurance company. The insurance company has the right to increase the participation of the client up to 100% if the damage occurred as a result of exceeding the speed limit, violation of regulations, driving while intoxicated and the like.

The lessee can avoid this liability by paying CCI – complete cover insurance, provided that the damage did not occur in violation of traffic regulations. Any damage to the interior of the vehicle, the tires, the undercarriage, the keys is not covered by CCI insurance and the tenant pays 100% of the price. CCI relieves the lessee of damages by paying 55.85, 105 euros per rental depending on the type of vehicle and the rental period. Valid for one damage report with mandatory police record. Possible second and subsequent damages are charged separately, depending on participation (from 200-500 eur).
